Auto connect WiFi or mobile data. Scan WiFi and connect preconfigured or open WiFi if exist otherwise connect mobile data and viseversa. Also check WiFi signal strength & connect other WiFi if existing WiFi signal low. Realtime monitoring battery status and cell signal, disable network connection if battery or cell signal low. Tested with android 4.4.2 "thusarb"
