Setup when connected to car

Start Spotify and Waze when you connect to your cars Bluetooth.

Spotify will start playing music and Waze will navigate to work if you are at home and home if you aren't not at home.

First time setup prompts for the Bluetooth device that you want the connection to trigger the flow and then prompts for your home location and your work location.

Update: When you disconnect from your cars Bluetooth Waze will close and Spotify will pause it's music. While connected a notification will be displayed.
Update: Updated flow to work with the new Spotify.
Update: force Spotify to open if unable to start playing the last list. This will require user interaction as music should start fairly quickly otherwise. After user picks the music to play the flow will continue as normal.
