It takes a screenshot after 3 seconds of holding something in front of the proximity sensor. This way it's not hypersensitive and taking screens by mistake is much less likely.
A toast / notification message is displayed when the screen shot is taken. It also vibrates shortly before.
It's battery friendly and easy to use. You can enable or disable the flow with a simple home screen icon.
No root required.
