This flow gives you at least H+ and even LTE, even though your phone would give you E. In most cases you have E there is also at least H+ but the signal is not as strong the E one, so the phone decides for E. ONLY PROBLEMS: If there is really no H+/LTE you're screwed and you habe to disable the flow for some time.
