Volume buttons change songs when locked

Before use:
Designed for personal favourite Poweramp. If you use another app for music, change the receiver package in the flow (block 14 and 15)

Important:
At maximum volume, can't skip forward.
At minimum volume, can't skip backward.

Update:
Logging pileup now fixed.

I made this, because my phone has a fingerprint scanner, so it's zero steps to unlock it. Otherwise, I don't think this would be too useful.
