Turns on screen rotation, keeps screen on, and starts recording video like a dash cam -- but only starts dash cam if a power source is present and battery level is adequate (minimum battery level depending on time of day). The dash cam records and rotates 6 segments of 5 minutes (by default); at 720p, without sound, to keep battery temperature and device performance under control.
