Locks device when the proximity sensor is triggered.

Might require tweaking for the call state block. (Block #4)

v2.0 Changelog:

- Now checks if user is in a call when the proximity sensor is triggered, preventing the screen from turning off during a call.

- Added a screen checking loop instead of a constant proximity check to minimize battery use.

- Added a 10 second delay to the screen checking loop to minimize log flooding, simultaneously also preventing the screen from turning off until ~10 seconds after the screen has been on.
