• Create and save different profiles.
• Select working days.
• Block the notifications coming from the selected apps.
• Disable profile depending on the Wi-Fi network.
• Save your profiles in a file and change its name and path in the block #31 and #171.
• Give yourself some breaks !

Tip : create a profile for Automate, so you don't get tempted to stop the flow.
