Will update all the user seleceted flows in the list every half-hour.

The file is located at /storage/emulated/0/.automate/updatelist.dat
The json format is as follows:
{"data":[{"id":"6713","version":0}, ...]}

The version number is updated as soon as the update is installed. Leave it at zero. The id is a community id number (ex. this flow: http://llamalab.com/automate/community/flows/6713 flow id is in bold).

As a flow developer, you can incorporate this into your flow by accessing the file, decoding it and adding in your flow's id.
