Automatically turn off Google assistant when connected to wifi

I use this (in conjunction with a flow that toggles WiFi on and off based on location) to prevent Google assistant from popping up on my phone when I talk to my Google Home mini, while still being able to use Google assistant when I'm out and about.

To use this flow you'll need to use adb to grant Automate permission to write secure settings.
